The ClearChoice Lifetime Warranty covers fractures and cracks in your zirconia prosthesis, the full-arch restoration placed on your implants. If your zirconia arch cracks or fractures under normal use, you’re protected. ClearChoice will repair or replace it at no additional cost for as long as you remain a ClearChoice patient in good standing. We are here to support you every step of the way, so you can feel confident in your smile for a lifetime.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or accidents, issues with implant integration or treatment done by a provider outside of ClearChoice. To keep your warranty active, be sure to stay up to date with your regular follow-up appointments at ClearChoice.
Smoking and tobacco use can affect how your implants heal and how well they perform over time. The ClearChoice Lifetime Warranty covers the zirconia prosthesis itself, not how the implants integrate with your bone. During your consultation, your ClearChoice care team will walk you through how certain lifestyle factors may affect your overall results. We recommend being open about your health and habits to help your team give you the most accurate expectations and the best possible care.
Vaping and e-cigarette use, like smoking, can impact oral healing and implant health. The ClearChoice Lifetime Warranty covers your zirconia arch against fractures and cracks that might occur during routine use. Your care team will review your full health history, including vaping habits, during your consultation, so you have a clear understanding of your treatment plan and what your warranty covers.
There are no deductibles or out-of-pocket fees when you use our ClearChoice Lifetime Warranty for covered repairs or replacements. The warranty is included as part of your ClearChoice treatment. It is one of the ways we stand behind our work and support you for the long term.
Most dental implant providers offer limited warranties of 1–5 years, if they offer one at all.
